Care and Comfort
We aim to restore dignity, relieve stress, and reduce the hurt experienced by survivors of assault, individuals experiencing homelessness and those in crisis.
Bear Hugs
We provide comfort bears to traumatized children as well as coloring books, crayons and Play-Doh. We distribute these items to local hospitals, firehouses and police stations.
Clothing & Hygiene Care
We provide clothing and personal care items to those in our community experiencing homelessness, neglect and abuse, as well as to foster youth in transition.
Snack Packs
A variety of Ready-to-Eat snacks are packaged by volunteers and delivered to Friends in Deed’s Women’s Room to provide nourishment for those experiencing homelessness.
